Laurie J. Blair

Laurie J. Blair, age 61, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 22, 2024, with family by her side. Born October 23, 1962, in Bloomfield, NY, she was a daughter of the late Dale Duffy and Eleanor (Blair) Garling, who survives. 

Laurie is described by family and friends as a one-of-a-kind, hardworking, strong, and independent woman who also had an incredibly bubbly and loving personality. She loved and lived for her children and granddaughter, taking great pride in providing for them all. She had a special place in her heart for Canandaigua Lake in New York, enjoyed fishing, and also enjoyed the companionship of her four cats.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Joshua Landon, Don Landon, Daryl Mitchell and Jeff (Heather) Blair; granddaughter, Zariah Blair; mother, Eleanora (Ken) Garling; brother, Dale Duffy; sister, Lynn Duffy; nieces, nephews and many dear friends. 

In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Laurie’s warm heart for all animals, memorial donations can be made in her name to the local animal sanctuary/shelter of the donor’s choosing.
