Howard Benson Miles, age 76, of Tioga, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 20, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport Hospital. Born October 29, 1947, in Sellersville, PA, he was a son of the late Henry and Marjorie (Horner) Miles. In keeping with Howard's wishes, funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of his family. He will be laid to rest in the Nelson Cemetery, Nelson, PA, with Military Honors.
